Sunday at Quail Hollow was set up to be an exciting 2-horse race between Xander Schauffele & Rory McIlroy, but Rory brought the "Roars" and blew away the "X-man" with a stunning 65 and a 5-shot victory.
McIlroy's 2nd win in as many events has Gasty on the gas and led the scoring for the week. 20 from Rory, 3 more from Fleetwood plus 5 singles gave the squad a total of 28 and some great momentum heading into our next major.
Buster settled for Xander's 2nd place points, 6 more from Sepp Straka, 3 from Stephen Jaeger & 3 more cuts made for a total of 27 for the week.
Jamaica was next best with 25, led by a surging Ben An who pulled ahead into the 3rd spot. Recently acquired Grayson Murray was Top 10 and Lucas Glover joined a struggling JT in the Top25. Jam is now making a push for a money spot, just 3 behind Dirty.
The Mess managed 22 with Top10's from Homa, Henley & freshly signed Taylor Pendrith leading the way.
The Desperados kept their horses in a gallop with a 21-point effort. Jason Day & Mackenzie Hughes were Top10 while Alex Noren & Keegan Bradley finished Top25. That gets the boys out of a tie and alone in 8th place.
The 2nd half Cup matches are off and running with a 5-5 split at the Quail Hollow.

Jamaica ripped this tee-shot onto the green for an easy 3 on the 15th at Royal Oaks last Saturday.
Some fun ensued when Mojo drained an unlikley birdie putt from a few feet off the front of the green to seemingly win the hole for himself & Bingy. Jammer secured his par, then Buster rolled a 45-foot birdie putt dead in the center of the hole for the push...
